Celebrate With Wine

This card was made to celebrate the launch of the new 2018-2019 Annual Catalog that goes live tomorrow.  There's no better way to celebrate than to be with friends, have some wine and review your wish list so you'll be prepared to place your first order from the new catalog.

The stamps used to create this card are called Half Full which is carrying over to the new catalog, and Detailed With Love which is new and will be available tomorrow June 1st.

I used Rich Razzleberry and Pear Pizzazz cardstock and stamped the bottles of wine and glasses in Tuxedo Memento Black Ink.  The greeting was stamped with Rich Razzleberry.  I used the  Watercolor Pencils to color the bottles and glasses of wine.  I also added the Clear Wink of Stella to the labels, the caps on the wine bottles as well as the glasses of wine.

Note:  When you use Wink of Stella try not to apply it heavy.  It may look a little heavy on the label of the white wine bottle.  What happened was, I could barely see the Wink of Stella, so I went over it, but  more came out of the pen.  As a result, the label on the white bottle has a tad more Wink of Stella, than I wanted.  However, I still think it looks good.  What can I say, it happens to all of us.

I'm actually pleased the way this card turned out,  and if I didn't write this post so late, I would have had friends over for a glass of wine.  Hmm, I should have thought about that earlier! 😊
