Lovely As A Tree

Hello Friends!

I decided to showcase a sympathy card today from one of the oldest stamp sets in the Annual Catalog AND,  an all time favorite...Lovely As A Tree!

Lovely As A Tree Stamp Set is a popular one for sure ,as  t's been around since 2001and still going strong.  I chose it for a sympathy card  and did some sponging with Crumb Cake, Balmy Blue and So Saffron Classic Ink.   The sentiments were stamped with Early Expresso Classic Ink and are from the Flourishing Phrases Stamp Set.  I used the 1" circle punch to mask an area to sponge the sun.

Measurements:
Mossy Meadow Card Base - 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Soft Sea Foam Layers - 4" x 5" (cut 2)
Whisper White Layer for Sponging - 3 3/4" x 5"

This is a quick and easy card made from an oldie but goodie, and it's a great one for sympathy cards. There's something about trees that everyone loves, and they make pretty cards for just about any occasion.  Just wanted to keep it real simple today.  I hope you like it.
